In order to assure the highest quality of care for your pets, we hire only those individuals with experience, training  and/or education in pet care, animal handling, shelters and rescues and/or in veterinary clinics. We do not use independent contractors so that we can guarantee that every member of our team operates within the protocols, procedures, guidelines and expectations of our business. All staff are trained, certified in pet first aid and CPR, and have undergone a criminal background check and fingerprinting and are of course bonded and insured. We cross train our staff so that there is always a backup that knows your pet and is familiar with your instructions. We are happy to provide client referrals upon request!

What We Do:

Our commitment to you is to treat your pets as though they were one of our own. We guarantee that your pet will get every minute paid for (and sometimes we may even sneak in a few extra minutes) and will be the focus of our visit 100%. We understand that sometimes pet parents feel the need to utilize video or recording devices for their own peace of mind and we expect this and are comfortable with this!
